Chatenet Gites are situated in the peaceful Charentaise
countryside between the market towns of Montendre and Chevanceaux
and are easily accessible by car or by air.
These beautiful gites are owned by an English family, who live in
an adjacent detached house and will ensure that you have all
that's needed to enjoy your holiday.
The gites are converted barns, surrounded by sunflower and
cornfields, situated on 1 acre of land with walnut, apple and
cherry orchards. Come and relax by the pool and take in the
wonderful scenic views or go to the Montendre bustling evening
market during the summer months and enjoy the freshly cooked
food. Visit the local vineyards for cognac and pineau tasting,
and if that's not enough, for the more energetic why not try
our on-site games room.
