apartments that share a pool in the north-house, |

| This house built in the 18th century, renovated is composed of two "buildings" (north and south), each with an entrance on differents streets. The north part is composed of 2 apartments to rent (2 bedrooms for 2 to 4-5 persons each). We live in the south part of the house, where there is also the 3rd apartment to rent (3 bedrooms for 5-6 persons). We take care of the pool and the garden. The house is situated in the center of the old village, 200m from the church and shops (grocery, bakery, chemist, Doctor, post office, barber, café and tobacco-shop). It is quiet with no through traffic. We speak English and can give you practical and touristic information and help you to plan your holidays. |

The north part of the
house: There are 2 independent and neighbouring apartments with a common yard and garden with a secured POOL (7x3 m), closed with a locked-door. There is also an alarm system conformed to the French law. Deckchairs are near the pool and are shared. Barbecue. Each apartment has a private terrace and garden furniture. cooker with oven, fridge, micro-wawe, electric coffee

toaster, vacuum cleaner and iron.... Livingroom (20m²) with television.
Bedroom
(13m²) with 1 double bed (140cm) + 1 baby-bed. Bedroom
(12m²) with 2 singles beds (90cm). Bathroom with a shower and WC inside. It is a single-storyed

fridge with freezer, electric-gas cooker with

Livingroom (18m²) with television, video VCR. Bedroom
(28m²) with 1 double bed (140cm) and a baby-bed. Bedroom (28m²) with 2
singles beds (90cm), on the 2nd floor (a spiral
staircase is between both bedrooms). Bathroom with a bath.
There is a separate WC. It is a double-storyed apartment with an entry.

house: There are 2 independent and neighbouring apartments: the apartment where we live and a third apartment to rent. There is a small yard inside the house. This part of the house is directly on the street, but it is quiet. Large Apartment,south-(Gîte 100m²) 5-6 persons Kitchen (20m²) with utensils, fridge, washing machine, gas cooker with oven, micro-wawe, electric coffee pot, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron.... Livingroom (25m²) with television. On the 2nd floor (a staircase in the livingroom): 1 bedroom (14m²) with 1 double bed and a balcony, 1 bedroom (12m²) with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom (11m²) with 1 single bed +1 baby bed. Bathroom (7m²) with a bath and shower. There is a separate WC. It is a double-storyed apartment with an entry and central heating. A private yard inside the house (20m²) with electric-barbecue, deckchairs.

| Saint Geniès de Comolas is in the south of France, between Provence and Languedoc, near the river Rhône, in the department "GARD". This quiet and small village is located in the area of "Côte du Rhône" in the middle of a famous wine region: Châteauneuf du Pape and Lirac (10kms),Tavel (8kms). It is 12 Kms from Orange in a center of Roman civilisation including the triumphal arch and the ancient theater, where the "Chorégies" are produced each summer. It is only 30kms from the roman aqueduc Pont du Gard and the nice city of Uzès and 18 Kms from Avignon: the city of Arts and Culture, with the famous bridge of Avignon, the Pope's Palace and the well-known theater-festival. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

 HOW to come here with your car: http://www.viamichelin.com To Drive south of France you have the Highway A7 (exit Orange center) or Highway A9 (exit Roquemaure) Coming from 0range,Roquemaure: 400 m after the roadsign "St Geniès de Comolas", there is a place (with café, drugstore, tobacconist's, grocery): turn on the right (centre ville), drive 200m and just after the S-curve, on the right there is the "rue de l'ancienne poste" and 20m farther the "rue du coulobre". Both part of the house are up each road. Coming from Bagnols sur Cèze: 3 kms after " L'Ardoise", on the left, you will find the road to St Geniès. Drive through the village during 1,5km, then you'll see on your right "chemin du pas de Matthieu", then "chemin de la planque" (you don't drive there !!) 20m farther, on your left " rue du coulobre". 20m farther again, on the left " rue de l'ancienne poste". Then you'll arrive at the S-curve (on your right, there is the postoffice with a big parking). Coming from Montpellier,Nimes,Avignon: 5 kms after the exit "Roquemaure" of the highway A9: on the road N580, at a turn-about, you"ll drive on the right: direction St Geniès. (on the left, it is St Laurent des Arbres). 600 m after the roadsign " St Geniès de Comolas", you will arrive on the place (with café, drugstore, tobacconist's, grocery): turn on the left (centre ville), drive 200m and just after the S-curve, on the right there is the " rue de l'ancienne poste" and 20m farther the "rue du coulobre".
