Detached holiday cottage (gite) at the end of a private lane with no passing traffic, situated on a 2,5 acre property, on the top of a hill with extensive views over farmland and within walking distance (400 m) from the leisure lake Castelgaillard and the village of St. Sernin (500 m). 6 km from the small town of Duras. It offers privacy in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

St. Sernin de Duras - The village features tennin courts, restaurant, bar, small self-service shop and tourist office.

Duras - Nearest town (6 kms) with a variety of shops, banks, restaurants, market, craft-markets and the Château des Ducs.

The surrounding countryside is green and attractive, with rolling hills. There are delightful walks from the door. Biking and driving on quiet roads with beautiful, undulating landscaped fields, vineyards, plum orchards, forests. Several golf courses nearby.
