Ma grand mère a été la sœur de lait d'Edmond Rostand

Antoine Chauchard, fils d'Antoine Chauchard le déserteur de 1813, né à Aguessac (12) en 1836, compagnon menuisier, épousa à Marseille le 3 mars 1863 Philomène Court originaire de Vinezac (07). Le couple (les arrière-grands-parents du webmestre) s'installa après son mariage dans le quartier St Louis à Marseille. Neuf mois après ils eurent leur premier enfant Julie future centenaire. Quatre ans plus tard le 24 août 1867, le couple eut une deuxième fille Anaïs ; celle-ci mourut en 1870 à trente deux mois..
Pendant l'allaitement d'Anaïs Philomène fut la nourrice d'un petit marseillais d'une famille bourgeoise nommé Edmond Rostand né le 1er avril 1868, Edmond Rostand qui devint 30 ans plus tard le très célèbre auteur dramatique.

Pauline Chauchard la quatrième enfant du couple (et grand-mère du Webmestre ) a donc été la sœur de lait d'Edmond Rostand et on peut dire qu'Edmond Rostand est le "grand-père de lait" du Webmestre
On sait qu' Antoine et Philomène avaient des revenus très modestes comparés à ceux des Rostand; aussi à l'occasion les parents d'Edmond Rostand donnaient à la nourrice de leur fils des vêtements et des chaussures dont le petit Edmond n'avait plus usage.
Ainsi la grand mère du webmestre a, avec ses frères et soeur, porté et fini d'user les chaussures de l'auteur de Cyrano. Le dernier fils du couple Lucien dit Bibi fut toute sa vie un très grand admirateur d'Edmond Rostand; il était capable de réciter sans hésiter de nombreuses tirades de la pièce Cyrano de Bergerac.

Antoine Chauchard son of Antoine Chauchard the deserter of 1813 , born in Aguessac (F12) in 1836 married in Marseilles on March 3, 1863 Philomène Court native to Vinezac( F07).
The couple (great grandparents of the webmaster ) settled after their marriage in the suburb St Louis in Marseilles. Nine months after , they had their first child Julie future centenary. Four years later on August 24, 1867, the couple had a second daughter Anaïs ; this one died in 1870 . During the breast feeding of that daughter , Philomène was the wet nurse of a baby of a middle-class family of Marseilles named Edmond Rostand born on April 1, 1868 ; this baby will be thirty years later the well-known dramatic author.

So children of Antoine and Philomène were Edmond Rostand's foster sisters and brothers . And so Edmond Rostand was the webmaster's "foster grandfather" because Pauline Chauchard fourth child of Antoine and Philomène was the webmaster's grandmother. Antoine and Philomène Chauchard had very modest incomes compared with those of Rostand's family; so Edmond Rostand's parents gave to the nurse of their son, clothes and shoes of which the small Edmond did not have any more use. Thus Pauline Chauchard, third child of the couple born in 1873 wore and finished using, with her brothers and sister, shoes and clothes of the author of Cyrano. The last son of the couple Lucien, nicknamed Bibi, was all his life a great admirer of Edmond Rostand; he was able to recite without hesitating many declamations of the play "Cyrano de Bergerac".
