Terms & Conditions Of Rentals  

1.     Should guests cancel their booking within six weeks of their arrival date the 20% deposit will be forfeit.

2.     Should the proprietor cancel the booking at any time, the deposit will be fully refunded but the proprietor will not be liable for any other compensation.

3.     Any breakages or damage incurred by guests during their stay at La Petite Maison must be paid for before vacating the accommodation.

4.     The owners of La Petite Maison cannot be held responsible for accidents occurring on their property.

5.     Guests stay at the property and use all facilities at their own risk.
