It is easily accessible either by metro or buses. All kinds of services, food shops and restaurants are available in the immediate neighbourhood.

DESCRIPTION :

This flat covers 50 m2, at 4th floor with lift, giving on one side on rue Vaneau,
opening on the other side over Hotel Matignon’s park (the Prime Minister’s residence). It comprises two rooms :

• one bedroom with twin beds and two large wardrobes and shelves.
• one living room with table, buffet (Henri II style), sopha bed for 2, TV, Wi-Fi connection
• The kitchen, opening on the living room is fully equipped with ceramic glass cooktop, microwave/ speedcook oven, dish-washer, washing machine, etc.
• The bathroom includes shower, wash-basin and toilets.

Bed linen and towels are available, as well as any other sanitary items on request.

PRICE : 600 to 780 € per week, 90 to 140 € per night, depending season
