Climbing down the steps

- Position the wheelchair in front of the first step, driving forward.

- Press the ‘steps‘ button,

the system move up the front wheels and direct the power to the tracks.

 - Drive forwards

when the wheelchair’s center of gravity has passed the first stair nosing, the system automatically stops the movement and move up the rear  wheels.

When the back of the tracks reaches the nosing of the last step, the system automatically stops the movement and move down the rear wheels.

Then, you can press the ‘road’ button : the system will move down the front wheels and put the power on the rear wheels.

Several times per second, the system checks the chassis and the seat angle. It maintains automatically the seat in an horizontal position. The system checks also the skew angle. When the skew angle value reaches the safety limit, the system stops  the movement of the responsible track. It also maintains the seat horizontal.
