Le Moulin de La Forge is open : every day except Mondays, 10 am. - 7 p-m :
* from July 14th to September 3rd
* from December 20th to December 30th.
* last weekend of February.
* third weekend of June

At LA FORGE, we believe that passion is something to be shared.
Thousands of visitors come to the mill each year, fascinated by the magic combination of aromas and movement, by our tricks of the trade and specialities.

In CHARENTE, the long silent wheels of many mills are once again turning.Seven of those mills are now open to visitors ; their paddle wheels and turbines activate a fascinating equipment to make walnut oil and flour, saw stone and produce paper.

Charente has always been a cross-roads of civilisation. It has a lot to offer : its castles, romanesque art, Angoulême, a city of Art and History and, of course, the land of Cognac.
